A community-led change
built in Lucknow since 2005.
For more than two decades, we have worked alongside women, children and families in communities that are too often left out of opportunity, listening first, then building practical pathways to greater health, learning and self-reliance.
Our work spans
Working alongside communities since 2005
Based in Lucknow, Madhayam Samajik Sanstha has been working since 2005 with people and communities facing barriers to opportunity. Our approach is simple: listen carefully, work locally and build solutions that can last.
We believe lasting change is built with people, not simply delivered to them. That means creating space for women, children and families to shape priorities, strengthen skills and make decisions about their own futures. From a local health camp to a longer-term livelihood programme, the relationship starts with listening.
